I have to stop and digest this info. Earth’s surface would be freezing if there were no water vapour! Wow. Water vapour is a trace gas. And 99% of the water in the atmosphere is found within 10 kms of Earths surface. And in freezing places like Antarctica there is almost no water vapour. And water molecules are on the move in and out of the atmosphere on average every 11.4 days….
