I describe Earth’s fine layer of water vapour as thin as dew on an apple’s skin compared to the earth. Well might Junk Joules chortle.I know. It is confusing. Dew is water in a liquid form, not a gas of the air. And there is almost zero water vapour in some polar regions. It is hard to be mindful that water is but a wisp in the atmosphere, one of the Trace Gases. Junk Joules is chortling again…
