I don’t get out of chapter six. I am caught in a violent storm. Fortunately weather forcasters saw the scale of the thermal transfer that could happen and warned against travel. The power of the wind continues to increase. The rain becomes torrential. Snow piles up in the high country. Rivers swell to a thousand times their normal flow and became giant silt conveyors.
