Who would create such an image of combustion so completely lacking air? Not scientists. Junk Joules? Yes. Graphic designers? Probably. PR would love it- mining the atmosphere is not a good image these days. I fix the dial cogs so they drive each other correctly. I wire the fan so the faster the coal burns the faster air is sucked in. A final check and I fire the system up. It works! Kind of…..
