Something is going on. Some uses of energy forms and fuels are deemed so vital that Parliament entrusts them to the Minister of Energy. Other uses are deemed less vital and kept in the hands of humans. As I gaze at the billowing smoke stacks and the masses of humans living in the shadows of each other I notice something even more perplexing.
