I await the Minister of Energy’s response. Sometimes I think I see the Minister in the clouds and the stars. Is that the Minister in the spiralling waltzes of the seagulls and in the shimmering waves of the golden grass seed heads? A veil of midges shifts and dances to the hand of an invisible conductor.
