demonstrates how it can be used to keep a pie warmer and a beer colder. “Only
some of the trace gases in the air retain thermal energy and molecules are on
average far apart. Air is not a good conductor. Once its great ability to move
warmed air molecules en masse is suppressed, air becomes a thermal barrier, not
