The Minister of Energy does not have time to meet me. I contemplate the near endless scientific and theological implications of energy out of time. I decide to travel to Parliament. The Government must have means of contact with this sublime being. How? Telepathy?  Morphic resonance? Prayer? Telegnosis?  Sorcery?.
