Back in the chamber I finally get to see the Minister of Energy. Yes, indeed this transcendent being has taken the form of humans, in this case as a male. He talks like one.  He shows moments of doubt and fear, anger and arrogance, baloney, bias and bluster like the rest of us. Inexplicably he even displays that great human capacity:
