I write a letter to the Prime Minister suggesting there are better images than the ones the Government currently uses to communicate the nature of energy. I am referred to the Minister of Energy. It seems there is a greater authority than the Prime Minister.  What sort of being can this be? This must be the mind, the intelligence in energy.
