A picture is emerging: the construct of that great artist, Junk Joules. The gas company that now owns the most switchboards in New Zealand won’t talk to people. The main retailers in our region will only use their equipment. The local grid company has no policy on netmetering. I can only talk to the grid through the retailers on their terms. The Minister of Energy does not hear me.
